This unique condominium development is located on the Tennessee River and adjacent to Renaissance and Coolidge Parks, across from Chattanooga’s 21st Century riverfront and Ross’s Landing. The housing development is part of a 12 acre multi-use development. The master plan prepared by TWH/MBI includes a new mid-rise hotel and restaurant along the riverfront with retail and commercial located along the roadway near the new Whole Foods Market shopping complex in the trendy upscale NorthShore. The new luxury development located along the Tennessee River includes 72 upscale condominiums with dynamic views and vistas over the boat harbor toward Chattanooga’s riverfront and the mountains beyond.
